Escalante Grand Staircase
One of the highlights of Escalante is Grosvenor’s Arch. It’s a natural arch that is accessible only via dirt road that gets washed out during parts of the year. We didn’t have a truck but the car was a rental so we went for it. The river crossing was a bit harrowing but the little sedan was nimble and we made it there and back in one piece.
